Not precisely but mainly about that you own the code about anything that happens in future due to your code

You are accountable for your contribution beyond the initial review. If your code introduces a bug or security issue downstream, you are expected to help address it.

@mr-raj12 That sounds a bit too harsh / repelling for me, especially when dealing with FOSS.

Also, it already says "As the contributor, you are responsible for the entire content of your pull request." so that is somewhat implied already.
