- Add optional 'archived' attribute parsing to FragmentTemplateEngine
- Bump aQute.bnd.wstemplates package version to 1.3.0 for baseline
- Add 'Show archived' filter checkbox and dialog settings persistence in NewWorkspaceWizard
- Add '--showArchived' option to bnd CLI add fragment/workspace commands
- Update template fragments documentation
