This should not occur as long as map generation sticks to the rules. Currently only useful for plandos, with illogical escapes and custom escape timers.
In case escape timings and/or map generation ever gets reworked, the escape will default to the maximum timer of 99:55, which indicates a bug to report while not making the escape impossible.
