Switches the Release workflow to npm Trusted Publishing (OIDC): removes the NPM_TOKEN dependency, bumps the release job to Node 24 and upgrades npm to >= 11.5.1 (trusted-publishing requirement).
Notes: do not merge until the package @bitio/opencode-provider-balance exists on npm and the trusted publisher is configured for workflow release.yml in environment prod.
