Until this pr merged you can use maven dependency as:

       <dependency>
            <groupId>com.github.meliksah</groupId>
            <artifactId>binance-java-api</artifactId>
            <version>patch-1-SNAPSHOT</version>
        </dependency>

with jitpack repository:

       <repository>
            <id>jitpack.io</id>
            <url>https://jitpack.io</url>
        </repository>

BTW this library on maven central also have this fix:
