Fixed in be86584. The Sentry test failed because Snuba started without its Kafka topics. Topic initialization now completes before Snuba starts, and .env now pins Symbolicator to 26.10.1 alongside both Compose defaults.

DCLint, coverage, Kafka initialization/repeat/failure checks, and secret scanning passed. The new CI run reports action_required and needs approval before the full pipeline can be verified.
