SECURITY.md asks people to report vulnerabilities in a public issue, which discloses them before they can be fixed.

Refs #597

Changes

  • Points reporters to GitHub's private vulnerability reporting (Security → Advisories → Report a vulnerability), using quickstart-openshift's wording. Private reporting is already enabled on this repository.
  • Keeps the existing "no support, experimental" statement and fixes its grammar.
