Updated `IPaymentRequestAppService` to use `PaymentRequestListInputDto` for selective field inclusion. Enhanced `PaymentRequestQueryManager` to conditionally include related entities, optimizing data fetching. Added performance indexes to `PaymentRequests` for improved query efficiency. Frontend enhancements include a "Save View" feature for DataTables, allowing users to manage custom table views. Updated tests to reflect new DTO usage. Added EF Core migration for indexes and updated the snapshot. Refactored code for better readability and maintainability.
Removed count query as all rows are loaded client side
