Stamps v0.18.0 into nix/package.nix and both plugin.json files. The v0.18.0 tag follows once this merges, so release.sh finds nothing to commit and pushes only the tag.

v0.18.0 carries everything merged since v0.17.0, including #940 (the MCP tools trash description fix) and the bump to basecamp-sdk v0.28.0. A minor bump: new commands (#941 spotlight, #948 wallpaper, #856 auth token --session-id) and #950's refusal of occurrence URLs.

go.mod and go.sum changed since v0.17.0, but main's vendorHash is already current ("Nix flake builds" is green on 5b102e4), so only the version moves.
