Description: This PR improves the Mini Apps documentation by providing more modern resources and fixing outdated references:
Updated Featured App Submission: Removed the expired buildonbase.deform.cc link from the Featured Guidelines, as it is no longer monitored. Updated the call-to-action to direct developers to Base.dev for app registration and submissions.
New Mockups & Presentation Section: Added a curated list of modern, web-based tools (shots.so, mockey.ai, and previewed.app) to help developers showcase their mini apps using the latest device frames (iPhone 15/16).
Expanded Icon Libraries: Added Phosphor Icons and Radix Icons to the resources, aligning with the modern React and shadcn/ui ecosystem.
Cleanup: Removed duplicated entries and improved overall consistency in the design resources file.
These changes ensure that developers have an accurate, up-to-date, and high-quality guide for building and promoting their applications on Base.
