Summary

• Adds a new blog post covering OTel Collector config validation with Scout CLI's scout config validate
• Walks through the 6-stage validation pipeline with real config examples and error output
• Includes CI integration patterns (GitHub Actions, pre-commit hooks, stdin pipes)
• Adds custom Prism magic comments (error-line, warning-line) for color-coded line highlights in code blocks
• Post is set to draft: true (hidden in production, visible in dev mode)
