Summary

Fixes the CodeQL workflow matrix by replacing C# analysis with Go analysis and provisioning the Go environment via actions/setup-go.

Why

The repository is written in Go, but the CodeQL workflow was configured for csharp. CodeQL's autobuild step failed because no C# solutions or projects exist in the codebase.

• Changed the matrix language configuration from csharp to go.
• Added an actions/setup-go@v5 step configured with go-version-file: 'go.mod' before the CodeQL initialization step.
• Repaired the autobuild and analyze action step references in .github/workflows/codeql.yml.
