…dence-20261105 Resolves the worker Lambda environment conflict by keeping both gated maps: diagnosis_evidence_env_map (this branch) and cts_env_map (connector target sync from #231). Instance-to-database relationships and right-sizing recommendations currently lack enough service-discovery and measured utilization evidence. This change adds a scoped evidence index, six pillar specialists and a maximum two-pass analysis loop, with report facts rendered from admitted evidence.
The new collection flags default off. The feature performs diagnosis and remediation proposals only; it does not change workloads, install instrumentation or provision Neptune/ElastiCache.
This PR is stacked on the runtime/dependency refresh in #227. Once that prerequisite lands, retarget this PR to
devand run its required review and CI checks against the resulting scope.Validation on the rebased branch: worker suite 2,043 passed, 108 skipped; related web regressions 318 passed; Terraform format and validation passed, with 53 provider-mock tests passed. The skipped worker fixtures are not release acceptance. Earlier implementation verification also included the full web suite/build and required PostgreSQL CI suites; CI must verify the final integration scope. Live AWS collection and deployment acceptance remain pending.
