…cation Discovered while deploying both stacks side-by-side. Both now reach `/api/health → 200` with ECS tasks healthy and AgentCore runtime live. - ECS backend refused to boot on AUTH_PROVIDER=none + NODE_ENV=production; both stacks now set ALLOW_UNAUTHENTICATED=true when auth_provider=none so the demo default can actually serve traffic. - CDK AgentCore creation raced IAM propagation and failed ECR URI validation; replace grantPull() with explicit ECR statements (GetAuthorizationToken needs Resource:* per AWS) and add CfnRuntime dependency on the DefaultPolicy. - CDK ECS service was created before the target group had an associated listener, yielding "target group does not have an associated load balancer". Service now depends on the listener and the CloudFront-secret forward rule. - CDK CloudFront OriginRequestPolicy cannot allowList Authorization, and a zero-TTL CachePolicy rejects HeaderBehavior; use managed CACHING_DISABLED + ALL_VIEWER_EXCEPT_HOST_HEADER instead. - CDK ECR repository is now imported via fromRepositoryName so the backend image can be pushed out-of-band before the stack deploys ECS/AgentCore, removing the chicken-and-egg around Fargate failing to pull missing images. - Terraform and CDK stacks now default to distinct project prefixes (one-idp-tf / one-idp-cdk) so both can coexist in a single account/region. State-bucket guidance in infrastructure/README.md recommends deriving the S3 bucket name from the AWS account ID for global uniqueness. - Ignore cdk.context.json (account-scoped CDK lookup cache). A newer version of hono exists, but since this PR has been edited by someone other than Dependabot I haven't updated it. You'll get a PR for the updated version as normal once this PR is merged. |
