##PBTech Style for phpBB

• added styled CSS tooltips for breadcrumb links (replaces native browser tooltips)
• fixed post background: invalid multi-gradient CSS caused fallback to wrong colour; replaced with light grey gradients

• CSS lint cleanup: merged duplicate selectors and removed dead code across all theme files (87 to 49 issues)
