Dependabot #26 (fastapi 0.162) / #27 (pydantic 2.14.2) fail API tests (3.10/3.12). Real compatibility fixes required (breaking changes in the new versions). Consider the governed-adoption pattern from semcod/mcp#46-#48 once the code is adapted.
