Adds the directcred source contract and registry, the secret source (with in-process TOTP) and the 1Password source over the official SDK, the directCredentials credential type with its 1Password-vault pinning, and fail-closed handling when a source is unregistered.
Adds identity-binding fields to BrowserToolbox, reconciles its validity against the identity's own Valid condition, lists the login catalog and identity sites onto session status (carry-forward pinned as gate-policy input), adds the onepassword-service-account setup flow, and trims the RBAC grant to read-only.
