This PR fixes the CI (which was pushed to main to trigger it to run) and makes a few updates to the 2 converter notebooks:

  • use files included in this repository (instead of creating files in the home directory)
  • the above allows these notebooks to work without a kernel restart
  • update descriptions to refer to the included files
