Independent maintenance verification: PASS for 92be5f8 against 09b71ac. The one-line AGENTS.md addition requires linked issue checks after merge, closure of fully resolved issues, verification of closed status, and reporting any issue left open with the reason and remaining work. It matches both user requests. The plugin tree is unchanged, the detached checkout is clean, and documentation and whitespace checks pass. No findings. Copilot review was requested and returned a quota-limit notice without code findings. |

Add one delivery-workflow step requiring linked issue checks after merge, explicit closure of fully resolved issues, and verification of their GitHub status. For any issue left open, report its reason and remaining work to the user.
Validation: documentation checker and whitespace checks pass. Only AGENTS.md changes; the plugin tree is identical to main. The package's existing passing validation remains applicable; GitHub CI repeats the required suite for this head. The actual completion check for this change will verify issue #97 is closed after merge.
