docs(changelog): MCP server tool search and schema improvements

What does this PR do?

Adds a changelog entry for the recent quality of life improvements to the Appwrite MCP server (appwrite/mcp#95):

• Search results now show enum values and object parameter shapes
• Parameter descriptions are no longer truncated
• More accurate tool search results, including inflection matching
• Closest-match suggestions for slightly incorrect tool names
• Larger result previews, so fewer round-trips
• Clearer error message when a write is accepted but the response cannot be parsed

Entry prose follows ASD-STE100 Simplified Technical English.

Test Plan

Verified locally: /changelog and /changelog/entry/2026-08-13-1 both render. Internal doc links checked against the working tree.
