fix(build): keep dist/cli/main.js executable - #10

pnpm build deletes dist/ and tsc writes main.js without the execute bit, so after any rebuild the npm-linked foreman on PATH failed with 'permission denied' and zsh reported it as not found. chmod +x dist/cli/main.js. A package installed from npm already gets the bit at install time; this fixes the linked dev clone, which is how foreman runs on the Mac mini.Test plan
