What is the purpose of the change
Sub-task of umbrella issue #8994.
Removes the deprecated configuration constant
DaemonConfig.NIMBUS_SUPERVISOR_TIMEOUT_SECS(markedforRemoval = truesince 3.1.0) along with its default entry inconf/defaults.yaml. Supervisor liveness is tracked directly via ephemeral ZooKeeper nodes and no code reads this timeout value.How was this tested
