Removes obsolete deprecated configuration keys (
STORM_METRICS_REPORTERS,BLOBSTORE_HDFS_PRINCIPAL,BLOBSTORE_HDFS_KEYTAB) marked for removal since 2.0.0 along with legacy helpergetBlobstoreHDFSPrincipal, simplifies HDFS login principal/keytab resolution, and decouples dependent fallback logic in Nimbus.How was this tested
