While #4103 checks in a common / generic agent instructions file for Solr, this PR will gitignore all other such files so users can use them without constantly having a "dirty" checkout. The initial list of ignore files is generated by Claude Code, then I added some more myself. Can you find other common files that we should ignore as well?
