Rationale for this change
CLI tests mostly configure command objects directly, leaving argument parsing and console output uncovered. Part of #3289.
What changes are included in this PR?
schemaandmeta, including schema format, output and overwrite options, and paths containing spaces.Are these changes tested?
CLI suite: 70 passed, 2 skipped. Spotless, license checks, and
git diff --checkpassed.Are there any user-facing changes?
No; test changes only.
