Add the community weekly report for Aug 10 – Aug 16, 2026 (Week 33). The page picks up new reports automatically via the build-time glob in `src/pages/community-report/index.tsx`, so this only adds `_reports/2026-08-10.mdx`. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
