Snowflake's DESC[RIBE] { VIEW | DATABASE | SCHEMA } <name> failed to parse:

Adds Statement::DescribeObject (keyed on ObjectType, like Statement::Drop) and parses the three forms in parse_explain next to the existing DESC [TABLE] <name> handling, gated behind a new Dialect::supports_describe_object() (Snowflake, Generic) so DESC schema keeps describing a table named schema elsewhere.
