Pass exception cause to Assertions.fail in SimplexOptimizerTest
In
SimplexOptimizerTest, pass the caughtIOException edirectly toAssertions.fail(e)instead of onlye.getMessage(). This ensures that JUnit 5 preserves the root exception and full stack trace upon failure.
