Ensure we activate the workflows required for camel-4.22.x target.

Target

• I checked that the commit is targeting the correct branch (Camel 4 uses the main branch)

Mostly yes, but there are far less workflow on it. Some have been added on main branch since. I would suggets to wait for the feedback of someone more knowledgeable like @apupier .
