This patch fixes the header level of the "Inserting New Data" section in the SQL++ primer.
The section header was larger than surrounding sections due to an inconsistent header level.
This change adjusts the header level to match neighboring sections while preserving the existing formatting style used in the document.
Fixes ASTERIXDB-2456.
