…r release gRPC/Netty releases Arrow buffers asynchronously after server shutdown. Poll briefly for the allocator's memory to drain before closing it, preventing spurious "Memory was leaked" errors in CI.

As MacOS JNI job is longer than other, it goes to timeout sometime.
This PR just increase the JNI MacOS job timeout to 60mn.
