feat: Add Azure AI provider in AI settings

Like showed in below screenshot. And support using Azure AI for chat completion.

Hi @LinkinStars , sorry for inconvenience! I'll close this PR cause I just found Azure AI service can be compatible with OpenAI provider. Customer can just add /openai to the API host. e.g.

Though there're little difference that when clicking 'check', it'll list all supported models instead deployed models. Since the 'Model' is an input instead of select, I think it's fine for user to specify the deployed ones.

BTW, I've gone through the new AI functionalities and plan to add RAG as a tool like existing ones and leveraging existing AI chat, which will make user experiences consistent. Thought it's another topic, just put some of my thoughts here. :)
