Fix stale system test documentation links

1. Based on Fix stale doc link in check_system_tests.py #62197 , replacing all outdated links from tests/system/README.md#run_via_pytest with contributing-docs/testing/system_tests.rst in system_test files.
2. Fix typo in related docs.
