The server already supports choosing Postgres at generate time (
--define storage=postgres) via thesled/postgresfeatures, anddev.shbrings up a Postgres container when selected, but the README only mentioned Sled. Adds a Storage engine section and updates the storage bullets to say "Sled or Postgres".
