Context
The PR fixes a failing scheduled test run by separating it into a new workflow. The motivation is to periodically check our compatibility with the latest framework versions. This matters because the dependencies of allure-pytest packages aren't locked, which has benefits, but without periodic testing, irrelevant PRs can break at the least convenient moments.
