…ersion so that the rules contains the additional rules recommened by react when using the react compiler. Updated the version from 5.2.0 to 7.0.1

Description of the proposed changes
Bump up the version of eslint-plugin-react-hooks package from
5.2.0to7.0.1as it contains additional rules which are recommended when making use of the React compiler.Notes to reviewers
