Add repository standards: CODE_OF_CONDUCT, SECURITY policy, and .editorconfig

This Pull Request introduces standard formatting styling guidelines, community guidelines, and security policies:

2. Security Policy (SECURITY.md): Configures private vulnerability disclosure details for the repository.
3. Formatting Settings (.editorconfig): Enforces standard styling rules (4 spaces for C# and Shader files, 2 spaces for JSON, YAML, and Markdown configs) and line-endings.
