docs(claude-plugin): describe the 0.2.0 plugin bundle - #1718

The plugin now bundles only the alchemy-mcp and alchemy-api skills and uses a server profile that hides the faucet, airdrop, and paymaster tools. Point 0.1.x users to Agent Skills for the removed skills, and correct the API key caching window to 90 days. Description
Updates the Alchemy Claude Plugin page for plugin 0.2.0, which is being prepared for the Claude plugin directory. The directory policy excludes software that moves money, so 0.2.0 drops the
alchemy-cliandagentic-gatewayskills and connects with a server profile that hides the faucet, airdrop, and paymaster tools. This page is the plugin'sdocumentationUrl, so directory reviewers read it.Merge after alchemy-claude-plugin#5. Until that merges, the published plugin still bundles four skills.
