For readers trying to identify the affected endpoint, Matic Testnet does not correspond to any supported public network name in this repository: the chain specification names this network Polygon Amoy (src/openrpc/chains/matic/matic.yaml:13), as do all previous Polygon testnet changelog entries. Publishing the internal/obsolete name makes this upgrade difficult to associate with the supported Polygon Amoy endpoint, so rename the network accordingly.
