P1 Badge Update the lockfile with the dependency pins

These pins leave pnpm-lock.yaml declaring js-yaml: ^4.1.1 and lodash-es: ^4.17.21. Every PR-check job installs through .github/actions/setup-pnpm/action.yml, whose install step runs pnpm install; pnpm states that frozen lockfile mode is enabled by default in CI and exits with ERR_PNPM_OUTDATED_LOCKFILE for these two mismatches. Regenerate and commit pnpm-lock.yaml so CI can install the upgraded versions.
