This repository contains an AIMMS toolkit: PRO Cloud Analytics. It turns the session and task exports of the AIMMS Cloud portal into a picture of how an account is used.
The AIMMS Cloud portal records every session and every task on your account and lets you export both as CSV. On their own, they are long lists of rows.
This toolkit reads them exactly as the portal writes them and answers the questions that come up when an account grows: which apps are actually being used, by whom, how much ran each month, and where the time goes. Sessions and tasks are counted together as runs, split by kind, so nothing is left out of the total.

- AIMMS: You will need AIMMS installed to run the model. Download the Free Academic Edition here.
- WebUI: this toolkit runs in the AIMMS WebUI, for a modern, browser-based experience.
- Nothing else: no cloud account, license or connection is needed - the toolkit only reads the CSV files you export yourself.
- Download the Release: Go to the Releases page and download the
.zipfile from the latest version. - Open the Project: Launch the
.aimmsfile. - Export: download the session table and the task table from the AIMMS Cloud portal as CSV.
- Import and Explore: upload one of each on the Import page, then walk through Monthly, Apps, Users and Performance.
