…ssAgent Add interrupt(RuntimeContext), interrupt(RuntimeContext, Msg), interrupt(String userId, String sessionId), and interrupt(String userId, String sessionId, Msg) methods to HarnessAgent that delegate to the underlying ReActAgent. ReActAgent already supports per-session interruption via these overloads, but HarnessAgent only exposed the deprecated no-arg and Msg-only variants. External callers had no way to interrupt a specific (userId, sessionId) session through the HarnessAgent API. Closes agentscope-ai#2509
