What
Add 7 explicit HTML anchors for stable section citations.
Why
Contributes to agentrust-io/trace-spec#213. The new IDs name primitives independently of heading wording. Existing heading IDs remain in place. No normative text or executable behavior changes.
Security impact
None.
Test plan
Rendered before/after Markdown: all 7 new IDs occur once and all 11 previous IDs are retained. Removing the added anchor lines reproduces the original text, accounting for checkout line endings. MkDocs build passed using the staging steps in
.github/workflows/docs.yml.SDK tests, lint, and type checks were not run for this documentation-only edit.
