What changed
Added a manually runnable and weekly Friday GitHub Actions workflow that posts the Zoo Code release reminder to Discord. The reminder rotates the release owner between Elliott, Navad, and Toray, starting with Elliott on July 17, 2026, and includes the release process and reference link.
Why this change was made
Weekly release ownership and the publish sequence currently need a manual reminder. Automating the reminder makes the on-call release owner and required approval steps visible in Discord each Friday.
Impact
Once the
DISCORD_RELEASE_WEBHOOK_URLrepository secret is configured, Discord receives the reminder every Friday at 09:00 UTC. The workflow can also be run manually from the Actions tab.
