axios is a transitive dependency through lerna → nx. Added an overrides entry in the root package.json to force resolution to 1.15.0, and regenerated package-lock.json.
The previous commit accidentally baked in artifactory.ops.ripple.com resolved URLs for the axios dependency subtree because the local npm config points at Ripple's Artifactory proxy. Swap those 8 entries back to registry.npmjs.org so CI (and anyone outside the Ripple network) can install.
