Fix rebuilds of legacy text and binary columns - #565
Legacy tables can contain text values in binary columns, or binary values in text columns. Copying those values into a rebuilt STRICT table fails, even when the affected column's type has not changed.
Cast copied values to the destination SQLite TEXT or BLOB type during table rebuilds. This fixes storage-type errors in text and binary columns in ALTER TABLE, OPTIMIZE TABLE, REPAIR TABLE, and the temporal-default upgrade. It also handles changes between text and binary column types.
Read column types from the main database. After USE information_schema, the rebuild looked up the columns in the current database and found none. OPTIMIZE TABLE, REPAIR TABLE, and DROP INDEX PRIMARY then replaced all column values with NULL.
Regression tests cover value preservation, renamed columns, temporary tables, rollback after a failed rebuild, rebuilds after USE information_schema, and legacy upgrades.
Fixed table alterations and maintenance operations that could change or lose legacy text and binary values. These values are now preserved across rebuilds, including when column types change.
Improved reliability when a table rebuild fails, preserving the existing data and schema.
Table rebuilds now retrieve MySQL column types and use them to cast copied values to SQLite TEXT or BLOB where needed. New tests cover legacy values, rebuild operations, and temporal-default migration.

The rebuild path retrieves column names and data types, then casts copied values to TEXT or BLOB based on the destination column type. Translation test expectations include the added metadata lookup.

Explanation
Issue #546 requires rebuilds to preserve legacy values when SQLite storage classes differ from declared types. The PR updates recreate_table_from_information_schema() to read destination DATA_TYPE and cast copied values to SQLite TEXT or BLOB. It also covers changed column types and main-database metadata lookup. The added tests cover ALTER TABLE, OPTIMIZE TABLE, REPAIR TABLE, DROP INDEX PRIMARY, temporary and qualified tables, rollback, and temporal-default migration. These changes satisfy the issue requirements.
Full details: Out of Scope Changes check
Explanation
The changed implementation supports the rebuild behavior required by issue #546. The metadata lookup correction prevents data loss during the same rebuild operations. The added tests verify the implementation, including legacy upgrades and failure rollback. No unrelated change is shown in the pull request summary.

Cast copied values to TEXT or BLOB using the destination column types. Preserve bytes and NULL values when rebuilding legacy tables or changing between text and binary types.
Read the column types from the main database, as the rebuilt table definition does. After USE information_schema, the lookup found no columns, and OPTIMIZE TABLE, REPAIR TABLE, and DROP INDEX PRIMARY copied only ROWIDs.
Cover string types, renamed columns, temporary tables, rollback, rebuilds from another current database, and temporal-default upgrades with regression tests.
