Force Gamescope's managed windows to the session resolution in Steam mode. The existing -f flag only fullscreens the outer compositor, leaving resumed games able to retain small window-size hints. Update both shipped session scripts and cover Steam arguments, refresh priority, and non-Steam modes. Three launch tests pass; two existing Proton suite failures also reproduce on the parent commit.
