Add SubjectResult, OntologyTermResult, and compound profile unions (results.CompoundMassSpec and apidb.CompoundMassSpecResult) back to the Profile tuning table. Uses LEFT JOIN on apidb.organism with COALESCE for datasets where taxon_id is NULL. Also adds corresponding external dependencies and removes stale commented-out entries for Lopit and EigenGeneWgcna.
