Summary

Tests for #2498.

• e2e identities get their organization from WorkOS (emulator seed) instead of v1's create endpoint. The local create-organization helpers are replaced by addOrg in cloud/support/session.ts.
• New cloud/org-creation-moved.test.ts:
  • create-organization answers with v2 and creates nothing (no WorkOS membership, organization request or session change, and the v1 org list is unchanged). Covered for an org-less account and for a member.
  • An invited account with no organization is sent to /join, accepts there and lands in the org.
• session-gate: /, /tools and /create-org send an org-less session to v2's sign-up page. /create-org does the same for a member, and the member's pages are still served.
• auth-routing-flow: a member signs in through the UI and lands on the dashboard. An org-less UI sign-in is sent to v2.
• login-csrf, org-switcher (now also checks the v2 link), org-multitab-cookie, org-delete, org-slug-foreign, org-last-visited, connection-owner-isolation, oauth-callback-org-scope: these now use seeded orgs.
• Removed org-limit, onboarding-mcp-url and the "creating an org provisions a billing customer" scenario because those features are gone.

Verification

• bun run typecheck, bun run lint, bun run format:check: pass
• apps/cloud unit tests: 70 files, 945 tests pass
• Ran these cloud e2e files locally against a dev stack and they pass: org-creation-moved, session-gate, auth-routing-flow, login-csrf, org-switcher, org-multitab-cookie, org-delete, org-slug-foreign, org-last-visited, connection-owner-isolation, oauth-callback-org-scope, billing-customer-provisioning, admin-users, mcp-no-organization-moved, v2-import-link, connect-link-multi-org
