FIX: Renamed window from 'Input Debug' to Input Debugger

Description

The input debugger window was originally named 'Input Debug'. This PR changes it to 'Input Debugger'.

Testing status & QA

I ran local tests from the Test Runner. I have tested on Windows. I have not tested on Mac.
